HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC stands behind the quality of DayBite. Customers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date. The request must come from the email address used to make the purchase.
2. Refund Window
The refund window is strictly seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Request Process
To request a refund, send an email to support@hndigitalgroup.online with the following information:
- The email address used at checkout
- The product name (DayBite)
- The approximate purchase date
- A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund (optional)
4. Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
Refund requests submitted after the seven (7) day window may not be eligible. Refunds may also be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or violation of our Terms of Service.
