Welcome to DayBite, a software product operated by HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DayBite and any related services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

DayBite is sold as a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the version of the software available at the time of purchase. There are no recurring fees associated with a one-time purchase.
7. Subscription Terms
If you purchase a product that includes a subscription component, the applicable subscription terms will be disclosed at checkout. Any subscription product will renew automatically until cancelled.
8. Billing and Payments
All payments are processed through our authorized payment processors. Charges will appear on your statement under the billing descriptor WHOP* DAYBITE.
9. Automatic Renewals
Subscription products renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
10. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases cannot be cancelled but are subject to our Refund Policy.
11. Refund Policy
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date by contacting support@hndigitalgroup.online.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict their use of the Service.
14. Prohibited Activities

DayBite is a software tool. It is not a healthcare service, does not provide medical advice, and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HN DIGITAL GROUP LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
19. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
